Information we collect

When you submit a quote request, we receive the hotel or property name, your name, professional email address, role and the project information you choose to provide. When you apply as a supplier, we receive your company and contact details, products, commercial terms and any documentation or notes you choose to describe in the form.

Why we use it

We use this information to study and respond to your request, prepare a proposal or assess a potential partnership, and protect the service from abuse. Supplier applications remain private and are not automatically published in the catalogue or approved.

Recipients and retention

Information is accessible only to N’Joye Hospitality and the technical providers needed to host and operate the service. It is not sold. Requests may be retained for up to 24 months after the last exchange, unless a longer period is required for an active commercial relationship or by law.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. For a supplier application, contact partners@njoyehospitality.com and mention “Personal data”. No automated selection decision is made from either form.
